To date, Milltown dam crews have hauled away more than 450,000 tons of contaminated sediment and removed the former powerhouse. By the end of the month—and for the first time in more than a century—fish and floaters will witness the Blackfoot and Clark Fork Rivers flowing free, from their headwaters to Thompson Falls.
