Fish Creek flows for nine miles from its headwaters along the stateline divide in the proposed Great Burn wilderness to its confluence with the Clark Fork River near Alberton. The Fish Creek Road, which parallels the stream for much of its length, allows for easy public access. The creek holds abundant pan sized brook and rainbow trout.
