Culinary Arts Program Capstone Dinner

Bison, trout, quail, duck, Flathead cherries and all sorts of other tasty Montana foodstuffs are lined up for the Missoula College Culinary Arts Program's Capstone Dinner, which also includes a jam and jerky tasting station and live music.
