A 50-foot lookout tower on a scenic ridge east of Kamiah, Idaho. The tower sleeps four and comes with a wood stove, two cots, a double bed, a table and chairs, a cook stove, and a rope-and-pulley system for hoisting supplies. Trails abound in the area, as do huckleberries in late summer. There's a two-night, $60 minimum stay, and it's $8 for each additional night (14-night maximum stay). Pack in water or be prepared to treat water from a nearby spring.
