Just a correction. You referred to "Dr. Marvin Baker." His name was Martin (Marty) Baker and he had a PhD and taught for a time at UM. He did NOT support the Warehouse financially in the way you infer. He was a partner in the Warehouse Gallery and sold his Mexican imports there; the gallery took a 25% commission, so his sales helped run the gallery as did the sales of many other artists working and showing there. I was one of the founders of the Warehouse studios and gallery in 1973 along with Monte Dolak and his graphics partner Jim...?, Tom Schultz and Theresa Biesanz. Hal Mathew
