Re: “Give wolves a break

I live on the W side of Glacier Nat'l Park in MT in a very remote area. I have seen a total of ONE wolf in 8 years; we are being overrun?!? Horse puckey. In that time I have seen countless Elk, Deer, Bear, Mountain Lions and Moose. Hunters simply don't want to get off their butts from the side of the road and do REAL hunting. Ranchers say they love MT, but want to get rid of all the predators here because their assets, (who are grazing most likely on public land paid for by you and I), might suffer a loss . . . never mind that they are reimbursed for it. All horse puckey and hysteria. In fact, there have been recent articles posted about the positive impact wolves have on the environment when Elk/Deer/etc., are not overrunning a particular area (say Yellowstone), but kept in check by predators.
