Re: “University of Montana

Kind of interesting that the author has to appologize for her own correct report. The UM lawyers (there are no students according to Mike Wheat, Jim Rice) seem to think the school is a closed shop. The public pays for your education, try to remember that when you lawyer up when you "get out". There is really no need to keep track of the percentage passed if students are prosecutors anyway. When the UM budget drops due to assaults, attendance drops at the law school, all the right things will happen. Nuff said.

Re: “Crippling blow

I agree with both commenters, have worked with Caitlin Copple on advertising message for the YWCA, and believe in helping women. This SAFE organization did do its own politicing in the Bitterroot: adhesing themselves to the county's hand. They protected a women perpetrator, drunk, criminal, swearing and violating a Sheriff order. Ms. Umhey ignored my written request and blindly supported the woman. Maybe its time for a forced reorganization.

Re: “Montana's gubernatorial barrage

I left the state due to Steve Bullock threatening my job, and house. He used a unlicensed law student to prosecute me against my rights, and used public funds to protect this act. Steve Bullock threatens, not governerns. I could give a rats ass how long anyones lived in Montana, Rick Hill is listening, and taking a risk on the FWP issue to stop the corruption Bullock relies upon. Steve Bullock needs to be stopped. Dont believe me on the threat? The affidavit is published online at "Prosecute Bullock".

Re: “Damned if you do

Whats naive is to think Steve Bullock is not in bed with the Feds and is stupid enough to be the spokesman in court, almost asking to not be elected Governor. The medical marijuana vote includes most of the INDEPENDENTS, which carry this state. Steve Bullock refuses to protect consumers, then fights for laws passed by incredibly stupid legislative bills. When the people speak, no politician can win standing against them.

Re: “Steve Bullock is an 800-pound gorilla

I see that Barrett Kaiser is mentioned in this article. He was the state director for Max Baucus after his girlfriend Melodee Hanes (I bet he did not get a $14K raise). I sent Mr. Kaiser a letter October 5, 2010 after Lake County Sheriff seized computers from a critic. It spelled out a list of rape, abuse, and neglect of citizens rights in Montana, Chief Law Enforcement Officer Bullock in answer.

Re: “Steve Bullock is an 800-pound gorilla

The 8 Million pound gorilla is Bullock's oversight over the 48th ranked Justice system in the Continental USA (which contains 48 states). The public fraud (#4 priority FBI) of protecting a criminal act of a law student prosecuting without supervision or license using Bullock's Tort Defense Division spending our taxdollars should land him in jail, not Montana's higest office. The AG is supposed to protect the public from unauthorized practice of professionals; but I could sure a brainsurgen's salary.
