Land Board approves Otter Creek

Posted By on Mon, Dec 21, 2009 at 1:06 PM

Just in from Indy columnist George Ochenski: The Land Board voted 4-1 to approve Otter Creek coal leases, with School Superintendent Denise Juneau the only one voting no.

Expect more from Ochenski in this week's issue, but you can check here and here for his past commentary on the issue.
