Tagliare is Missoula’s best deli for savory meats and sharp cheeses. If you’re just stopping in for some parmacotto, capretto or caciocavera to assemble your own antipasto, the deli’s selection is unbeatable. If you’re drawn to Tagliare for one of their mouthwatering sandwiches with rock and roll names like the Megadeath, the piles of prosciutto will have you fully satisfied. Add a strawberry basil cannoli or a fig stuffed with brandy fudge and dipped in chocolate and you’ll know why Missoula thinks Tagliare is a cut above the rest.
