Cold Smoke, Kettlehouse


There’s been plenty brewing over at the Kettlehouse in the past few months—pun intended. Owner Tim O’Leary opted to move the Myrtle Street brewing operation next door and split the company into three, thus ensuring the continuation of taproom culture beyond the state’s 10,000-barrel production cap. And up at the Northside, K-hole’s token Cold Smoke recently provided the base for a new “sour series,” small batches of Missoula’s favorite brew amped up with special ingredients like pepper and strawberries and aged in bourbon barrels.
