<![CDATA[I do want to say that, with due respect, the Independent has actually done a awesome job of covering Libby, from the first days of Paul Peters, who I miss dearly and am thankful for his wit and caring involvement in Libby and it's dying people. Why Paul left is a wonder.I always wonder why the good are treated bad.Too much bad I think in the world.

<![CDATA[I also request a couple stories on Max Baucus/Gov.Switz/Rehberg and ask them why they never stopped to exposure of more people. They too allowed the killings to continue...since 1999.These people and many others are just as guilty as WR Grace.Specially from 1999 to today.Stay away from Libby. And what excuse do they have now to ignore the truth. They are guilty too. WR Grace Guilty 1963 to 1999.

<![CDATA[I request the Independent to print a story on the man who has recently been diagnosed with asbestosis and is suing WR disGrace, after moving to Libby 5 years ago being told Libby is a safe place to live and raise a family. This is the first case that I am aware of, of someone who has move to Libby after 1999. Since 1999 when we all were told why we are sick and dying, instead of stopping the deadly exposure, Libby began to be sold as safe.Over 300 people/families have moved to Libby since 1999 and they too are exposed to suffer and die as the rest of us.This man just diagnosed needs to sue ALL those who sold him Libby because as far as I am concerned, they killed that man.And the killings continue.Stay away from Libby Mt is what needs to be said.I have since 1999.

<![CDATA[I have to agree with Envirotone. That first linked story is from back in January, the next focuses on how big city lawyers spend money in Missoula, and the other is a syndicated column reestablishing all the usual global questions of the case.... but none of them cover the case itself.

<![CDATA[Certainly the so-called Montana "news" media should be considered unindicted co-conspirators in the criminal case brought against W.R. Grace officials. As Schneider pointed out in his book "An Air that Kills," Libby residents sent a delegation to the Missoulian pleading for coverage of the fact that scores of their friends and relatives were dying.
