WPT acquired the Plum Ck. checkerboard-like parcels in Nov.2005, not 2006. They signed an MOU with the FS in 2008 which required WPT to do what they say they are doing now--same stuff, different day, and not likely any more productive. One has to ask why Idaho's delegation would put WPT, an out-of-state company who registered in Idaho because of this exchange, into a position of being their messenger. Why would Idaho's delegation prefer WPT horsefeathers to engagement with the public stakeholders?
