Thank you Missoula Independent for writing this article. The public needs to know about this horrific injustice that has ruined the life of Dale. I've know Dale for 40 years. He is well respected amongst all who know him. He's trustworthy and will help anyone in need. The Jury in Dale's trial landed a verdict against him for this alleged crime. This isn't about the integrity of the Jury Mr. Corrigan. It's about your department holding back testimony from character witnesses, refusing to allow evidence into the courtroom that would have given the jury the whole story and not just stories of an enraged woman out to seek revenge. You've already admitted he's innocent by offering him a deal to make him go away. The fact is, this story is about to explode and you Mr. Corrigan are trying to cover your tracks. You have underestimated Mr. Dale Hansen. Dale is a humble man of principal and he will fight for innocence to the end. I have two young grandsons and one on the way next month. I would entrust them in the company of Dale without any reservations whatsoever. Dale would teach them by example integrity, honesty, good work ethics and most importantly to stand up for what is right even if you must ensure hardship. Dale could have taken the easy way out years ago by admitting to something he did not do. But he endured years of prison, he lost everything, he's lives a life on the run while trying to get his good name back. Dale, you are on the right side of good. You hang in there!
