Here is what I'm going to do personally to help this situation and I would like to invite the rest of you to do so as well, I'm donating to the Humane Society in Dillon. Donating time as a volunteer I would imagine would be helpful, peaceful, and loving too.
Why is it that less than 1% was able to abandon animals and out of the rest of the 10,000 people, no one did anything? And Kyrie Smith, you are exactly the type of Rainbow that should be there. That's what I was getting at. I'm not about hate, I'm about ideas. And if the guy in front of me litters, I'll grab it and throw it in the trash. Just like if I see an abandoned animal, I do something about it. That's called, "spreading love."
How about the people attending show proof of being a tax payer before being allowed entrance? It would show two things, that you have genuine right to that area and help pay for the clean up, and that you are somewhat responsible. And no not every tax payer is responsible. Just a thought.
