Chris Lindsey, admitted felon and indicted attorney, says "it is possible to tax and regulate marijuana and not experience significant negative fallout."
It seems Mr. Lindsey didn't learn much from being raided and prosecuted by the Federal government, after his most recent attempt to pay taxes and follow regulations regarding marijuana. Life imprisonment for one of Lindsey's former business partners and the torturous death of another in prison would be considered "significant negative fallout," no?
Why does Mr. Lindsey believe that the Federal government will be lenient about recreational marijuana use when he has personally witnessed the fallout from overzealous enforcement against medical marijuana? If the Feds refuse to respect the will of 3/4 of Americans who support medical cannabis, why would they respect a law that has less public support?
