What your "article" fails to mention is that he burned MY flag, a neighbor (who was not home - another also veteran neighbor witnessed it and called) whose husband served 10 years in the military, because he wanted to "anger" us. He also burned the flag in broad daylight, right next to the highway, attached to an occupied log home. The officers that responded are also veterans, and that act, which is WHY it is protected, is like pissing on every veteran who has ever served, and the grave of any soldier who has ever died for his "right to do so". So yeah, his sorry behind should be in jail for awhile.
