I had 40 lbs of tomatillos in the garage from the summer and all i can say is WOW!!! this is an amazing recipe to put them in. I have made it three times since i saw it in the Indy. I made it for hunting camp the first time..Amazing! Warms to the bone and gives you the later afternoon energy to get out there in the cold. The second time i made it for a party and everyone was dancing around in habanero sweatyness. the third time is just for freezing and warming up during this bone chilling cold evenings in January.
One change that i made to the recipe is to roast the tomatillios, peppers, onions and garlic. Gives the dish an amazing smokies. Never in three times making it have i used the same mix of peppers, change it up for the goodness of your soul.
Let's be real, people are going to drink. They drink in good times and in bad. They drink a little and they might find themselves drinking too much. Why doesn't The Missoula County DUI Task Force take some action and help to restart this under new leadership. Monetary assistance from grants, city funds, county funds from the bankrolling on DUI's?
A question and a charge to The Missoula County DUI Task Force: What is more important: 1. Bankrolling on DUI's? 2. Getting people home safe and keeping impaired drivers off the road?
