We were part of the effort to keep Peyton's name off the list of officers fallen in the line of duty, and had felt we were successful. However, it does not seem that is the case. We will be investigating this situation, and re-visit the event, and the results. It seems that he is still being held up as a paragon of virtue on some Montana Law Enforcement pages, rather than as the 'vicious bully' that he proved to be.
