This is one of the few articles that I have read start to finish and enjoyed all the way through. I hope you find what you are looking for in this town where rent is twice as much as you would make at a decent job in two or three weeks. At least you are looking and that to me is more important than trying to live out someone else's idea of life and living.

I made this salsa and its good, really good! I noticed the basic recipe does not list vinegar or lemon juice is this an error or is the vinegar sort of unnecesary, kind of like boiling the jars for twenty minutes after hotpacking? Also I wanted to mention something an old russian woman told me about canning, she said put your jars in the oven then turn to 200 degrees and leave them until ready to use. This has saved me so much water and energy/time. This is probably common knowledge but it wasn't to me.

I just did a survey with this group, when I answered healthcare as my top concern they immediately ended the call... Interesting... I don't think so
