Im sorry but this girl is at fault and the boys are too. The boys should have never give her beer but that's what they do. There are young girls every day that regret they had sex with someone after having too much to drink. I believe the pressure from her parents had something to do with her saying it was rape. I don't think no one should have ever been charged. I really feel bad for the girl but she should have went home.
A 15 year old girl don't need to be going to parties anyway.

I don't think no one should have ever been charged. I really feel bad for the girl but she should have went home.
A 15 year old girl don't need to be going to parties anyway. If I would have been her dad I would have went to the boys parents and had a talk with them, I would have never took this to dateline.
