The landowner has about 15 Missoula County properties all listed under a different LLC which he swaps around every other year. Now what would the need for that be, unless it was income tax evasion?
Montana State Law requires any income over 7800 a year be declared. The cost of the rental of this property alone at 750 a month is 9000 a year. This is the smallest rental Mr Garber owns, so 15 times 9000 a year adds up to 135,000 a year income and this does not include the other property the Garber's own in Lewis and Clark County list at PO BOX 7275 Helena MT.
The amount of tax Mr Garber is paying does not equal what it should be if he had legally claimed all his income and this is why no one wants you to know this information. After all, he has the City Attorney's Office involved in his conspiracy to protect his Big Money. Any business needs a license, see MC 5
The Garber's are not required to have one.
I sat on this RSS board with Keith Worthington who was against this ordinance and fought me to get black Mold Poisoning on the checklist. Black mold can kill you. As we sat to write the ordinance Keithi positioned herself directly across the table from me and glared at me the entire session as if she was filled with hatred towards me. I later saw that same hatred when she spread false rumors to patrons at a local pub where I had stopped in to meet other Missoula City employees. Keithi slandered me and then walked out of the business leaving a trail of hate from others towards me, all based on her lies.
Just before that I had reported my landlord for gas leak exposure, cutting a header out of the basement closet weakening the upstairs floor support, starting the asbestos insulation on fire and endangering our lives by starting a fire, while there was a LPG gas leak which the owner himself reported from our basement without either of the tenants above being provided a MCA required law and that the landlord provide a minimum 24 hour notice of their intent to enter for all non-emergency issues.
The Building inspector was called in, inspected the property, cited the owner with a red flag condition which was backed up by a second citation from Northwestern Energy regarding the faulty furnace installation. The Building Inspector then sent three warning letters to the owner who ignored the problem and then was referred to the Missoula City Attorneys office for legal action to be taken, only to have a Deputy Attorney, possibly Keithi Worthington hide the referral, which should be considered Obstruction of Justice.
The owner then evicted me, changed his locks and drove to Helena, then returned to Missoula 6 days later to walk into the Missoula Police Department and claim 6 days ago he saw me enter his home, change his locks, with the intent to go downstaiirs, plug the drains and turn the water on to flood the basement. Before we moved out I took phpotpgraphs opf the entire building and I made a video from the street in front, through the front door, filming every inch of the house, out the back door and then down the stairs into the basement where I filmed the hose bibb behind the house leaking and the sinks in the basement all with solid running water coming from the faucets we reported to the owner 6 months earlier had froze up from the cold winter and no heat being produced in the basement after the Missoula Mechanical inspector had forced the owner to remove the only heat source for the basement out of the basement. That heat source did not work properly anyways, was connected to a triple tree which is illegal and created a backdraft into the furnace blowing soot into the house and out the flue into the upstairs unit which poisoned the upstairs tenants.
The photograhs I had taken are all date stamped showing the condition way before we were evicted.
That landlord, instead of calling police on July 25th 2010 when he claims he saw me inside burglarizing his house did not call 911 and have police arrive to investigate, he got in his car and drive back home to Helena and then came back to Missoula to file his report 6 days later after he had created his story.
I have decided my best defense is to create a website and show all these photographs and video for the public to see.
I consider all that has happened a hate crime towards me and I told Police so and that is part of the police record.
Oh that landlord then changed his story that there had been no flooding, the pipes were clogged from grease which was poured down the draining prior to us moving in, we had discovered 10 inches of it in a solid block in the downstairs kitchen sink and we contacted Missoula Deputy City Attorney Carrie Garber to have it removed by a plumber which she did.
So the kitchen grease a former tenant has left behind is the cause for the clogged drains, negligence of the landlord not taking care of his property or even checking in on it between December 2009 and June 25 2010 is now his own problem and his own creation he is attempting to falsely blame on me. He then lied to the Judge Orzeck he was not in the basement July 28 2009 when MFD arrived after a call to 911 was made regarding a gas leak, a call the owner made himself from the basement of the home we rented, where he was without the tenants(us) knowing he was even down there. Frankly I laugh at the man, he is so stupid he doesn't realize how close he came to dieing down there or killing us all and someone else in the neighborhood from a gas explosion.
I have decided to create a website to hold the real evidence the courts and lawyers are trying to keep hidden so they can get me locked up in jail and make me pay fines for a crime the landowner did himself and I can prove.
