Great article! I couldn't agree more about re-awakening the memory and finding your form. If you are going to do it, you are going to work through different pains and techniques, but your addiction will deepen and the pain will lessen. When I remember the pain I endured training for the first Missoula Marathon, after 36 years of smoking (I had quit for about 5 years by then), I am amazed that I continued. It just gets better and it is an adventure!
