Based on her story she was not raped. There really isn't much ambiguity. She walked to the car with both guys, sat around & partied w them before & after having sex with them. She also admitted that she didn't want to make a big scene & that's the reason she went to the car with the second guy. Maybe she didn't wholeheartedly want to have sex with the second guy bc at the point she realized she was being passed around but it seems from her story that she decided to "fit in" rather than tell the guy no. She also stated that she had only had one or two beers at the time of the first sexual encounter so there was no reason for her not to leave at that point if she was at all uncomfortable. The story of rape came about when her mom approached her & she knew she was gonna be in big trouble. I feel bad for the guys that they were put through such an ordeal bc a girl was afraid of her parents.
