A passionate video, Schweitzer and the tar sands: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoKW771tG_Q…

Mr. Banks; What's "tired" is the persistence of government doing the bidding of corporations. Doing the same things and expecting different results or what? Who is insane? Them or "the people" watching "them" continue to destruct while giving them breaks to do so, (unlike if you run a local brew pub)?

Mr. Ochenski can write about something else when there is something else to write about...

Re: “Buzz kill

please there is nothing to fix. do not compromise. the mm program and montana cannabis is extremely successful. it is not broke and there is nothing to fix. period. do not be led to believe that a medical marijuana program needs to follow established medical business models, or this plant will be taken away from the common people. the fix it bill wants to take the number of card holders down to under 2000 holders from the current 28,000 plus holders, as well as deplete to basically a repeal. all those successful business and business people will have to close their doors. do not let this happen.

call the mt legislature today at 406-444-4800 to tell your rep to leave the initiative as is, and to leave the mm program alone, that you are against any stricter or new regulation. or you can do it online at:
http://leg.mt.gov/css/Sessions/62nd/legweb…

here is the message i sent online:
i, like a majority of montana citizens, am totally frustrated with this years montana congress. what a joke some of you have made of all of you. (i exclude robyn driscoll, she has been awesome).

i am 4th generation montanan, i have kids, and grand kids that are 5th and 6th generation respectively. i am not a cardholder, but my interest is in a better world. hb161 and the new corresponding bill being put together, by you who KNOW NOTHING about what you are trying to regulate, shows a total disrespect for the majority of us in this state, and for the better world i seek.

leave mm citizens initiative as it stands. it is not broke so do not try fixing it.

the mm initiative is a citizens measure... not yours. keep your hands and your ignorant, misinformed, biased, hurtful, disrespectful, incorrect, pharma helping hands away from OUR states voted for medical marijuana program. the numbers indicate the success of it. no matter how some of you want to spin it, that is the reality of this program. it is successful. the numbers show support and the huge revenue from mm business STAYS IN THIS STATE showing how this initiative has been and can continue to be phenomenal success.

so people please to not allow them to take away from the hard work of so many. tom... remember robin... as robin did not compromise, don't you either compromise mr. daulbert, to the ignorant and slanderous and basically out of state big business interest in this matter. the mm program is already a compromise to the best interest in this country, which would ultimately be legalization.

thank you people for your efforts to keep the program as is. don't buy into the marketed thinking that this program is out of control. IT IS EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL!

Re: “Wise guys

awesome. my bf pointed this out to me, as just last night i sent this following email to rehberg, cc billings gazette. i too am disturbed.

mr rehberg,

i will do what i can to help vote your madness out of office. thanks for making a total mess and laughing stock of our montana.

this effort you claim in your email, is as disingenuous as your are. you didn't do anything in washington - except to add to the noise pollution - so don't be taking credit for what is but millions of dollars being spent out of our state, to get things done in favor of corporate business. this is not action in favor of the people of our country or especially this state. ...OR, go ahead and take the credit.... it will help to get you voted out.

if you know this or not, it is OBVIOUS to me you ARE working for the corporations that do not care about our state, except to exploit our resources for profit. you are NOT working for the people of montana who do care about our state and quality of life, and want to protect it. i can not tell if you are aware of this or not? i want people who represent me to, well, ... BE AWARE!

there is more power in the vote than all the dollars you will collect on this run of yours. this voting power will be exercised and seen in the next election to get you and cronies out of office.

i doubt you'll consider this email, as you obviously didn't consider other emails i sent, thanks a lot....

how many years have you been working for the government that you claim, does not work for us? what does THAT suggest?

so good luck with your big bad self.

kathi miller

ps... what is up with your announcement to run for senate, 2 mths after taking oath of office, and so spending this entire term in a political campaign? it does appear and will be by its nature, self serving.

cc: rehberg

Re: “Natural Disaster

now i know why the gop wanted the obama aministration (i maintain = the mcain/palin ticket was an intentional no where ticket)... to attract the xenophobe to unite to change ultimately the desired legeslation for corporate interests the gop caters to.

Re: “Crossroads

who do these roads belong to... who pays for these roads... i doubt conocophillips or imperial oil do.

maybe manufacturing of these modules/coke drums need to be closer to their destinations?

all not for the haul ... and i am living in eastern montana... okay ... road limits are there for a very good reason... road limits are there for the long haul... not a short run...
