When folks want to abuse the use of medical marijuana, this is what you people get. There is a safe way of allowing people to get MM if it is truly needed. But the person's primary doctor would be the only one able to rescribe MM and there must be a minimum of a one year ongoing relationship with the doctor before MM could be prescribe. People must have also exhausted all strength levels of traditional medication for pain first. And that must be well documented. No use of doctors from out of state or traveling clinics or internent related tele-medicene allowed. And anyone caught sharing their legal MM, stripped of their right to use MM rest of their life. No use of Mm in public, while driving or anywhere where people andchildren congregate. Also use of Mm banned if said person has children in the house. And no store front dispensary's at all.
