Matt - when we were hunting I didn't totally grasp how big of a deal this was (or how tired you were). Your story is really well written (even the "bathroom" parts) and very informative. I'm officially insprired. I joked about visiting Teresita, but now the call has already been made.
Thanks for living through this gracefully. While it sounds complicated and involved, even a few simple changes in diet, breathing, and perspective seem doable and necessary. Really, with hundreds of unnecessary chemicals in our bodies and 75 NEW ONES (gross), I don't need another single one.
