protecting those who cannot protect themselves
montana's two idiot senators woke me from my hibernation. i am furious.
i would like to see schweitzer take the lead on having montana provide the nation's first decent health care option for its citizens and small businesses to join. it would save money and become a model for the nation in much the same way as Saskatchewan province did for canada in their public health care. doctors and hospitals would still remain private enterprises but citizens and businesses could pool our resources to provide a cheaper and better system of health care. when you eliminate health insurance companies from the equation savings of 30-40% could be realized and we would no longer need to worry about being dropped because of pre-existing conditions.
if montana did this, it would be a mecca for any business in the united states that is being squeezed by the health insurance parasites at a time when revenues are down. it would certainly solve our deficit. businesses would clamor to move their headquarters here so they could enjoy affordable health insurance for their employees.
ERB- medicinal use of pot has been legalized by a majority vote of the citizens of this state. there is no limit on who or where it can be used. as long as it is required for the patient legal pot should be made available to the patient, without any hindrance on your part. that is why chief muir called this raid a mistake.
it is time you understood that and get out of the way of adults who want to make their own choices as to treatment. if you cannot respect an individual patient's right to make his/her own decision regarding this medicine, you should resign your position so their rights as patients can be protected without harrassement by you or other staff.

this bill meets no criteria that has a snowball's chance in hell of passing a state legislature much less the us congress....jon needs to hire some talent on that staff of his. this work is dismally short of anything that deserves to become law. i would kick this dead horse a little more but the cloud of blow-flies is getting too thick to breathe.....
wonder if any reporter is gonna ask some of the right wing wacko protesters if they are on a government plan themselves like medicare or the va? and if so, would they like to switch to private health insurance??
be interesting to hear the answer, don't you think?
baucus betrays montana and his country for a handful of silver....may his legacy be that of judas- despised.
when i worked with doug scott on wilderness issues back in the seventies and early eighties we had a word to describe those who support their own areas at the expense of other wilderness groups areas- traitors. you sir are a traitor to any wilderness supporter worthy of the name. this bill is a sellout. never give an inch of your wilderness or anyone elses wilderness. that is the code i live by. that is all.
