Interesting story however it does beg a couple of questions;
-Why did it take what seemed like a number of years for the donor to be contacted about taking down Hoyt's name from the field if UM has known about it during that timeframe? I would doubt the donor was "OK" with it!
-What is the threshold for taking down other donor names of buildings on campus when they are replaced or changed? What about names on buildings with names of a person who did not give a dime to the building?
More of humpty dumpty Engstrom and his follies continuing to damage UM. When is enough--- enough with this guy.
"I believe this is a breach of donor trust and will definitely damage the reputation of the UM Foundation, the University of Montana and UM Athletics, Jim ODay wrote.
