Re: “Blitzen Trapper, EDJ

This is a great band to listen to, I've had the privilege to see them at the Big Sky Brewery and it was a great musical experience. Great musicians and great listening.

Re: “Roadkill Butchering Workshop

Glad to see this... Florida should follow suit...
Many years ago, a friend hit a deer in his Merc Marquis...$2600 in damage...plus having it towed.
When the state police said he couldn't have the deer, he was livid...No, I don't know what was done with the deer...

Re: “Faculty & Guest Artist Series featuring Christopher Kirkpatrick

What a bizarre, unprofessional advertisement for a concert by a world-class faculty member at UM! Who in their right mind would think this is a proper ad.? It gives no information about the concert or the person. Why would anyone even think about going to this recital after reading this. Hopefully the person who wrote this has been let go.

Re: “Naked Bike Ride

Nice journalism, don't even spell the name of the event correctly and the time is wrong.

Re: “Zootown Fringe Festival

So your site says August 16, 7-8, free; in the black flier below it says August 16, 7:30, $5. Which one is correct?

Re: “Lost Montana Monologue with Wendy Woollett

Re: “Lost Montana Monologue with Wendy Woollett

Please note: It is actually at the ROXY II in Missoula as part of the Fringe Festival, and not in the Hamilton theater.

Re: “Jodi Marshall and Steve Kalling

We think Jodi Marshall is THE BEST.... a phenomenon, a pianist with a range that excels all - classic and jazz. The music flows in lovely permutations with ease and grace. This lady has the talent and she's put in the many decades of practice to achieve inspired perfection. I'll go out of my way to see her again.

Re: “Coal Road to China

My family sat in a packed house(movie theater) and learned more reasons to not to support the export of coal to china. We are from longview wa. and a lot of people in that town support the export idea for the stimulation to the economy. They are uneducated about the travisty and scarring it will do to the land where it is mined. This element does not effect them. Nor does the planned train routes through Sand Point, ID, effect the others with intrest as trains can take multi routes after that choke point. The movie was good, but to gather more steem, it needs to show more people how it will effect them in a harmful way. Global Climate Change is one thing that effects everybody, thats true, but coal dust in the rivers will kill the endangered fish. Increased traffic on the water ways, and railways will slow everybody down. Health problems will increase all along the way. Exporting coal to anywhere is a bad idea.
