This movie is and only will be playing at the Wilma.
Thanks so much for the article. I'll check out 50 Shades of Gray.
Congratulations on the start of a great new career, Danica!

Author of 'Forever Winter' from the 'Marry, Merry Christmas' anthology --- released Dec. 5th, 2012.
What a fun article! I am so excited for the romance genre and you! Congratulations Danica!!
All the Best,

Kate,
Well written article, and love your sense of humor. I can totally see the graphic novel version of your short story!
Thank you for featuring this up and coming romance author. I'm glad to know about her work. Also good for Montanans to be reminded that all kinds of fiction can brighten our lives and entertain our minds--not to mention tickling our libidos.
best,

Once again, Molly Laich manages to make a movie review: a delight. The only question now is do I read the book or catch the flic now, in theaters?
Well-written. Kate's usage of that twitter quote in the first paragraph: priceless! Also, I shall never end my 'Seattle music love-affair.'
I thought I'd go to my grave being upset that I couldn't make the show, (and I still will) but at least now I can hear it! This...this is awesome news!
David Nusair is not only a curmudgeon who absolutely hates 90% of the films he reviews, but is an exceedingly (or as he would say, "egregiously") lazy craftsman. He overuses certain expressions he cannot live without, and is too incompetent to replace or just get rid of altogether, as they serve no purpose at all. Expressions such as: egregiously, infuses the proceedings, there's little doubt, interminable, admittedly, eye-rolling, countless, etc. etc. I challenge anyone to find a single review by Mr. Nusair that does not feature several of these very expressions... and his reviews are short! I will never understand why he refuses to improve his writing, to widen his use of the English language, let alone the scope of his criticism.
For another take on "The Great Leader," check this out. One of the best reviews I've ever read:

excellent review about an excellent woman.
Hey isn't Michael Gill the dickhead who was drunk driving through a school zone at 8 in the morning? Oh yeah he definitely is. What a turd.

I don't usually read film reviews, but I'll read Molly's due to her delicious snippets like "The priest has a weird haircut that I theorize speaks to a growing disconnect between what the clergy does and the modern world—but I might be over-thinking the hair." Hilarious! Well-written. etc. Also, what the hell is going on with the Wilma? I thought they had new owners! Maybe put some money into a new film-player-thingy, yo!
Without a sense of humor? Have you listened to Julius Caesar? Or Dongs of Sevotion?
WONDERFUL FOR ALL NATIVES!!!! CONGRATS, MY BOY!
I'm fairly certain that Tevye and Golde never were a young couple in love.
That's kinda the point.
The title is easy to roll your eyes at: Synchronicity to one person is just coincidence to another. But this project isn't just a therapeutic rabbit-hole. Turk and crew received a grant from the Boston Performing Arts Council to create the piece in a Boston warehouse and perform it around the city. So far, the production has garnered praise by critics in both the Boston Globe and the Boston Phoenix.

"It's possible to be both very good at your job and a hopeless alcoholic." POWERFUL Molly Laich! I love Denzel Washington. If you have not seen his brilliant portrayl of Malcolm X: do so! He's so much fun to watch. I'm glad Ms. Laich concurs.
This movie sounds complex and thus confusing, however, Ms Laich did an excellent job of talking it out and her enthusiasm for this film really came through. Excellent movie review. Fun and informative. Very well-written.
Re: “To the chase”
@Movie. Thanks for pointing that out. We fixed it.
