Good diner food with decemt priced.Only place for freshmade food in East Missoula
its about time the city health dept closes down the moldy bar that has had mold growing in the walls for years haha mike you what you deserve now its our turn for the gays too turn our backs on you LMFAO
Dismal. Except for one waitress we encountered poor and often rude service, currently only 3 beers on tap and the bar stank of stale beer. Food was good last year, but this year, not so much. We shall not be staying again.
Well i do not live in missoula but used to and i can tell you that i have been visting this bar for years as a matter of fact the owner Jo has been serving me in his bar since i was in high school thats right he served me my first drink in that bar at age of 14 and i can tell you i look very young and was never questioned or asked for a id anyway i was in this bar last summer and can tell you this place is becomeing a real hell hole and i will make sure that i let everyone know in seattle My boyfriend works for the SGN seattle gay news and i bet he will put something in the news paper the owner hates gays but not there money it does not matter if you are a teen ager its all about the money i think someone needs to get the liqure board to do a sting and have this bar shut down! EVERYONE STAY AWAY MAKE HIM GO BROKE
My favorite Happy Hour and great food! Great service! Gerat Value!
I have had both good service, and rude stuck-up service there. The food has been good.
This band is outrageously talented, and perform Pink Floyd songs in their entirety And they, dress up, have like 9-12 piece ensemble of players..
peace & praise & Beatz

Being from Atlanta I was surprised to find a "friendly" bar so far from home. I was pleased. If this all you have, be proud! Better than having no "friendly" bars at all.
This place is a joke. It makes pretense at being an establishment of fine dining but their quality of food is lower than my appetite after smelling their seafood fettuccine. The seafood smelled rancid, the prime rib weight was calculated on the bone and resulted in paying twice the price for half the meat, and the fact that they pack you in like sardines with a pathetic little salad bar in the corner you can barely get in and out of... save your money.
Over priced hipster garbage. Their Corned Beef Swiss Cow pie was a joke, a giant plate of mashed potatoes with two anorexic slices of corned beef and a trickle of bland gravy.
Tim Bozicks' Bitterroot Brewery is by far the BEST LAST PLACE, not to over use a phrase, but this my friends, the just that. Extroadinary beer and ales, great food, cozy environment, excellent music, friendly atmosphere, everyone makes you feel like you belong there. For all of the GOOD TIMES... A true master of HOOCH..great place for the kids as well. I haVe been all over, never been anywhere like the BITTERROOT BREWERY. BEST BEER AND ALES IN THE WORLD.
Strolled into the Palace Bar last week and got my hair blown back by Rockers “House of Quist”. The lead vocals and drop-dead gorgeous harmonies served up by Guthrie and Halladay Quist will send you right to the moon. The brother sister musical phenoms double up on lead and bass guitar to deliver (along with drummer Pat McKenna and multi-instrumentalist, Troy Ricciardi) some of the best original music I have heard in years – gutsy, intelligent, rhythmic to the bone. Expect your reality to shift and the songs to haunt you long after the lights go out!!! Better drink this nectar while you can before the Music Gods send House of Quist into orbit!! Thanks to the Palace for bringing such a great group to town!!

How in the Sam Hill of gosh darn tarnation am I the first person to review Al & Vics?? Strongest mixed drinks in town. Also, now you can order food to chomp on. Giddyup, y’all.
In response to schrimpy, perhaps you just didn't know what you were getting yourself into when you ordered the morels. They are SUPPOSED to taste very earthy. I had this special as well when they had the local morels in, and it was amazing. Don't let this person's ignorance influence you -- James Bar is consistently high-quality, and I have never ordered one of their speicals that wasn't spot-on.
Now, I know its not the best food in town but it is one of my favorites. The quality of food matches the prices and there is amazing service.
One of my favorite places! Amazing food and wine list and you can still dress casual.
Service is always slow, food is often disappointing and since they ended happy hour I no longer go. The deck is awesome i just wish everything else matched!
Re: “AmVets Club”
NOTE TO ALL...
AmVets no longer exsists.
Come to 225 Ryman for live music, great drinks, fun bartenders, a great dance floor, and an all around good time.
