Schweitzer weighed in on the issue during the program's "Unsolicited Advice" segment.
Since we're not sure when we will ever be able to again link Montana's governor to LiLo, here's a transcript of what Schweitzer said, courtesy of Politico:
“I know you’re on vacation and everything,” said Schweitzer, a Democrat. “But really? Partying all night, partying all night in the hotel room of a famous partier and taking pictures and getting arrested because you’re taking pictures of this woman who — I’m not even going to mention her name because if you don’t know who was partying all night —”“Li Lo,” interrupted CNN anchor Jessica Yellin, using Lohan’s gossip-page nickname.
“Lindsay Lohan. So to those staffers, leave the partying with Lindsay to the professionals,” Schweitzer said. “Do your day job.”
And those day jobs extend into the night, Schweitzer added.
“And by the way, Congress is not supposed to be a fraternity or a sorority, either. I mean, there’s supposed to be some decorum for people working for you. They ought to represent you wherever they’re at, day or night,” he said.
