The Congressional Black Caucus, Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus denounced the judge and suggested he step down.
Newspapers across the country have questioned his judgement and ability to fairly do his job; the Boston Globe wrote that his "childish" and "demeaning" behavior has, at the very least, "embarrassed his court and the entire federal judiciary."
Cebull himself initiated an investigation into his actions.
But Cebull has at least one thing going for him: he's not the worst person in the world. According to Current TV's Keith Olbermann, Cebull is only the "worse" person in the world. He can thank North Carolina state Rep. George Cleveland (worser) and Rush Limbaugh (worst) for saving him from the "honor."
